recently, i tink i'm suffering from water retention. YEAH~ n it's real bad. if i walk too long, my legs will turn red. yeah~ very red. i dunno y.
+ if i drink too much water in the middle of the night (sometimes i juz wake up to drink water coz i feel thirsty) i'll get puffy eyes the very next morning. YEAH~ n my eyes will b like to bloated till i get headaches. but if i dun drink water, i feel so 'evaporated'. anyway, i juz try to cut down the amt i drink b4 i slp n refrain myself from drinkin water in the middle of the night.

regarding the milk issue, i've chked Dumex webbie.
they have a pop-up claimin tt the milk they use r from Australia n New Zealand.
i wasnt worried. coz news oso neva mention anythin bout Dumex. juz wanna double confirm. *hehe*
n ytd dear was complainin that we dun have condense milk. well, he needs it for his coffee n gets cranky if dun have. so was tellin him tt mama forgot to buy. n guess wad was his reaction?

was reading ytd's papers n there's tis man who ate 25yrs of 白兔奶糖 n claimin tt he suffered from kidney stones for like 10 times.
y did he complain NOW only when they found out tt the product he ate for 25yrs got prob only recently?
y didnt he mention to the press when he got it the 10th time tt he got kidney stones due to eatin of the sweet?
